Amonge Sinxoto (2019’s Global Teen Leader current Allan Gray Candidate Fellow) is a founder of the organisation, a vibrant 19-year-old youth activist, social entrepreneur and public speaker. Amonge is at the forefront of driving the Youth leadership narrative on the continent and advocates for the involvement of young people in key development programmes. Amonge is a 2019 We are Family Foundation Alumni, 2018 Black Girls Rock participant and has lent her voice to speak on Youth Activism on programmes by Google, Facebook, TEDx Lyletton Women amongst others. Amonge is currently studying for a BA Social Sciences, Majors: International Relations and Political Studies.

Zingisa Socikwa (BA-Film & Media) is a founder of the organisation, a 25-year old film school graduate who is passionate about development of other young leaders in the regions. She has been the leading hand behind Blackboard Africa Events and Production delivery ever since its inception in 2017. Her passion for Youth Development drives her to engage from grassroots to senior graduate professional on key leadership issues and challenges in South Africa.

Busisiwe Ntintili (BA-Hons English Literature & French) is an independent film producer by profession who runs her own creative company. She is an award-winning film and television writer, director and producer with over 25-years of experience. Busi is an astute business leader and independent thinker, she has served as both executive and non-executive director on several other small sized enterprises. Her vision, creative thinking experience adds immeasurable value and strength to the board. Her area of responsibility focuses on the Independent Professional Thinking and Oversight on the Board and does not partake in the day to day running of the organisation.

Cuma Pantshwa (B-Journalism.Hons) is a leading Public Relations and Marketing executive with over 20-years of experience, the majority of which was in the Non-Profit Sector. Her contribution on strategic design and implementation is unmatched and offers guidance to the board on industry related process and obligations. She has been an ongoing mentor and coach to young people of all ages for over 15-years.

Angela Mosalagae (BSc-Quantity Surveying) is a Cost Engineer by profession with over 15-years’ experience in her trade. She has increasingly taken on the role of mentorship and coaching of young people and professionals. She brings to the board a diverse wealth of financial expertise and assisting the organisation in the preparation of Budget and other Financial controls. Her role oversees the appointment and supervision of an Independent Reviewer of Annual Financial Statement and risk opinion.
