Through Leadership: We want to inspire Young Africans to become the Top Leaders, CEOs, Politicians, Producers, Directors, Managers and Key Influencers in the 21^st Century. The Blackboard Africa leadership alumni must stand out as a Change orientated leader who can actively compete in the global marketplace and solving complex challenges facing our region. We achieve this via Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship training  and Mentorship with programmes like Mntase Chats, Pass the Baton, and Fan Her Flame.
